In order to subscribe directly from a cell phone, consumers must send a text message containing BOTH your DOMAIN NAME and your advertiser’s KEYWORD to your SHORT CODE number.
IMPORTANT: Your DOMAIN NAME identifies YOU as the owner of your mobile broadcast service, while the KEYWORD identifies each individual advertiser that uses your service.

Joe’s Bar is a client of the website MOB7.COM. To receive Joe’s Bar’s text broadcasts, people must subscribe to Joe’s Bar direct from their cell phone. They must text the words MOB7 JOESBAR (the domain name and the advertiser’s keyword) and send it to the short code number 368266 (because the domain name MOB7 is a DOTCOM).
EXAMPLE #2: MFIND.NET
The website MFIND.NET has a client that uses the keyword SALON. To opt-in direct from a cell phone, consumers simply text the words MFIND SALON and send it to the short code number 368638 (because the domain MFIND is a DOTNET).
EXAMPLE #3: MSAVE.ORG
Let’s say you own the domain name MSAVE.ORG and your client wants to use the keyword XYZCORP. In order to subscribe direct from a cell phone, people must text the words MSAVE XYZCORP and send it to 368674 (which is the short code number for DOTORG domains).
